Amy continues to head-up the team supporting our cheese accounts, while Josh transfers from leading our butter and powder team to manage the meat and poultry team. Anthony has taken over responsibility for our butter and powder category, as well as multi-product accounts.

We also welcome Sophie Gill to our team. In a newly created post, as Forecaster and Data Analyst, Sophie will provide an important support function for both customers and our business more widely by forecasting storage space, handling volumes, and value added services. This will enable us to manage and plan resources effectively and optimise the use our site.
